Our business is dependent upon clients keeping their appointments or at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. The salon pays aestheticians to be here for pre-booked appointments. When appropriate time is not given the salon can not fill that time slot. The survival of this business is contingent on keeping those appointments or cancelling with appropriate notice. We ask that clients put their future appointments in their phones to be reminded. We also send out texts and emails for this. We have already had to close one location partly due to COVID and partly due to no-shows. For this reason, the policy of the salon is a minimum of 24 hours prior to appointment time to cancel or you will be charged half the price of the service for the appointment.
